Mini Mode Floating HUD
An ultra-compact floating widget that shrinks the plugin window to a minimal footprint, giving you maximum screen space while designing.
Designed to stay open while you design
Standard Figma plugin windows occupy significant canvas space, frequently obstructing adjacent artboards and forcing designers to drag the window back and forth across monitors.
Mini Mode collapses TintSense into an agile, pill-shaped floating HUD widget. It keeps essential accessibility metrics right at your fingertips without covering your artwork.
What you can do in Mini Mode
1. Real-Time Pass / Fail Telemetry
Glance at the live pass and fail counts to see instantly whether recent color adjustments brought your selection into compliance.
2. One-Click Rescanning
Tweak typography or color tokens on your canvas, then click Scan (or press ⌘ R) to immediately re-evaluate the active selection.
3. Fast Overlay Toggles
Toggle Canvas Badges and the Live Contrast Heatmap directly from the mini toolbar without having to re-open the full inspector view.
4. Seamless Expansion
Need to review suggested OKLab color replacements or export an audit? Click the expand icon to instantly restore the full inspector panel.
How to activate Mini Mode
- Open TintSense in Figma.
- Click the Mini Mode button (diagonal inward arrows icon) in the header toolbar.
