1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing, accessing, or using the TintSense Figma plugin ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software. These terms apply to all users, including those on the Free plan and Pro plan.
2. Product Description
TintSense is an accessibility toolkit plugin for Figma that provides contrast checking, WCAG/APCA compliance scanning, color blindness simulation, heatmap visualization, smart fix suggestions, batch analysis, and report export capabilities. The Software operates as a plugin within the Figma desktop and web applications.
3. Pricing and Payments
TintSense offers two plans: a Free plan at $0 and a Pro plan at $39.99 per license. All payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy, our authorized payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service and privacy policy. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes based on your location. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing users.
4. License and Activation
Upon purchasing the Pro plan, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software's premium features. Each license is tied to a single user account. You may not share, resell, or redistribute your license key. The Free plan provides access to core features without a license key and is available to all users.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on Pro plan purchases. If you are not satisfied with the Software, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date by contacting our support team. Refunds will be processed through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. After the 14-day period, purchases are non-refundable.
6. Intellectual Property
The Software, including all code, designs, logos, trademarks, and documentation, is the intellectual property of TintSense and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the Software without prior written consent. All reports and outputs generated by the Software are yours to use without restriction.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While TintSense strives to provide accurate accessibility analysis, we do not guarantee that use of the Software will ensure full legal compliance with accessibility standards in your jurisdiction. TintSense shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Software in the preceding 12 months.
